How to setup Call Blocking in MashPBX
- Start by logging into your MashPBX account by visiting the website.
*Note: If you need assistance logging into your account, contact support@mashpbx.com and someone will be able to provide your username or a link to reset your password.
- Once you’re logged in, click on the Services tab in the top menu.
- This will bring you to all the Services present on your account. All these options can be found on the left-hand column of the web page.
*Note: If you do not see the Call Blocking option in the left-hand menu, please reach out to miles.alberts@mashpbx.com to modify your user permission status.
- Once you’ve clicked into the Call Blocking option, it will bring you to the following page:
- Click on New Call Block, and do the following:
- Once all the information has been input, hit the Save button to complete the process and add the DID to your blocked list.
- Well done! You have successfully added a phone number to your block list.
