This guide will walk you through the steps to log in to your online portal and update/ change payment profiles.
Step 1. Log into your MashPBX account by visiting your portal login https://cloud.mashpbx.com/
If you are unable to log in, either click on the “Forgot your password?” Link or email support@mashpbx.com and someone will be able to provide your username or a link to reset your password.
Step 2. Once you’ve logged into your account successfully, make your way over to the Accounting tab near the top of the screen
Step 3. Then press Payment Profile on the left hand side.
- Important Note: If you have an existing payment profile in your account, you may also select the edit button and change the existing profile if you’d prefer.
Step 5. When you click the Add new Payment Profile, the Authorize.net window will open and you are welcome to select from the two options listed; Credit Card or ACH. Fill out whichever option you prefer and click the Save button once completed.
Step 7. All set! You have successfully updated your new/existing payment profile.
