How-to view call reports within MashPBX
This guide will show you how to access and view call log reports in your MashPBX account.
- Log into your MashPBX account by visiting the website

*Note If this link does not arrive in your email, contact support@mashpbx.com and someone will be able to provide your username or a link to reset your password.
- Once you’ve successfully logged in, click into the Reports tab at the top of the page

- Once inside the Reports Tab, you’ll see a few options on the lefthand menu to select from.

- Activity Graph: In this menu, you’ll be able to view and filter your systems call activity by selection options from the drop-down menus. Make your selection, choose your preferred range of dates, and press update to generate a report.

- Path Usage Option: In this menu, you’ll be able to view your call traffic and line usage. Select from the drop-down menus to find your preference and select update to generate graph.

Complete! If all went correctly, you’ll be able to view call logs and reports for your system.
